Shhh, I really sucked at paleo last week. I blame not planning. The first week we did great until the weekend. I have lost 9 pounds so far even not eating it completely this past week. Now it’s time to do week 2 again starting in the morning. We’re hopping back on the wagon!
Monday – Taco Salads
Tuesday – Chicken fried rice (yeah, I know. Like I said it’s a start over tomorrow.)
Wednesday – Turkey Pot Pies (Find the recipe pinned, here)
Thursday – Italian night at City Group. We’re bringing Italian chicken and red sauce.
Friday – Cauliflower Pizza (recipe pinned here)
Saturday – Breakfast
Sunday – Pot Roast with veggies
